Randy has an extensive background in Respiratory Therapy. He graduated from NAIT & The University of Alberta Hospitals in 1992 as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and worked full time at the UofA Hospital covering every ICU and area of responsibilities ranging from Neonatal, Pediatrics, Cardiac, Pulmonary, Neurotrauma, Burn Unit, ER and ENT care wards. He went on to manage Canada for Pari Respiratory and then Western Canada as the Respiratory Manager for Coviden Health Care. This broad spectrum exposure & experience is used almost daily in the sleep world as conditions that contribute to the complications of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) are discussed both with the patients he cares for and the discussions with the Doctors that refer into Sleep Easy CPAP. Randy is aware of the latest technologies and stays up to date through continued education requirements as an active member of CARTA and CSRT, Provincial and National governing bodies for Respiratory professional associations.

Connie has over 30 years medical background in; Dental Assistant, reception, office administration and management. As of 2019, Connie has 10+ years of full time working in the sleep therapy industry. She has trained and studied under the direction of the Respiratory Therapist and technical support from Sagatech in the education and administration of the Level III sleep study as referred from our Doctors. With 10+ years in the industry, you can be assured Connie can understand your concerns and questions and will resolve them while you meet with her to start the process to a better night's sleep.

Started with us causal in 2015 as a respiratory student from NAIT. Ryan has grown in the industry, to now working PT with Sleep Easy CPAP, from basic clerical and office duties to his current role as a registered respiratory therapist (RRT), doing sleep studies, resolving concerns, troubleshooting patient needs, starting patients on CPAP trials and conducting annual follow up and review meetings for patients on CPAP. Ryan graduated as a RRT from NAIT in the spring of 2018 and is employed at the Royal Alex Hospital in the ER and ICU.
